The Met Line Journal

The life and times of a small man called Min, his daily journey's from Rayners Lane to Farringdon.

This blog is an insight into the wonderful world of the Met Line, packed into chunky bites of random thoughts, the weird and the wonderful sites I see on my journey to and from work, and the odd comedy gag...

Read it and weep (with laughter)...

Tuesday 20th March - The Journey Home

18:05 All stations to Uxbridge

Good evening boys and girls. On my way home and have a big grin on my face as my parents are back from Desh after 2 months of hols. Hope my dad has learnt some new jokes that I can use for the blog. Will update you tomorrow.

There are actually a few smiling faces on the tube today so either that's because we got up to 16c of sunshine today or everyone else's parents arrived on the same flight...

Queen says love thy neighbour in today's headline. Hmm not sure Preeti will approve...

She talked about 'resilience, ingenuity and tolerance' Wowza. I didn't know she was a commuter on the met line!

Thought of the day: If you plug your headphones into the "AUX IN" port of your stereo, people can hear what you think...

Tip of the day: Get a flat stomach in 4 weeks using this weird old tip. Move.

There is an article about londoners spending £300m on going to the movies last year. Bet most of that was on getting a bag of minstrels and medium popcorn...

Jordan has a quickie (55 sec) divorce from her cage fighter husband. Remind me again why this marriage didn't work out?..

You may have seen that a group of bus drivers won £38m on the euro millions . One of them just told his passengers to get off the bus as he heard the news! Today they have told one of the ex members 'hazel' who couldn't afford the £2 a week contribution that she can't have any of the winnings as she stopped paying 6 months ago. Seems fair right. Looks like the 36 year old is gonna be single for a while longer as she resembles her mode of transport...

And with that, let's call it a day. Have a great sleep.

A small man called Kawks
