Who hoo! Harrow we have landed. The weekend is upon us and we are feeling good. I hope you all enjoyed yourself in the sunshine again as that's it for summer.
So, let's start off with the Panorama special last night about the murder on honeymoon (in paradise) or whatever it was called. I watched all of it with all my attention (ie didn't play draw something at the same time) as I wanted to consider all the facts, the timelines, the detailed reconstructions and voiceovers. What did I learn I hear you ask? Let's see:
1) I'm never gonna buy a Zafira car as I learnt that in an emergency I can't get out through the windows...
2) Remember to clear your Internet cache history before you go on holiday
3) Hide my £25k wedding rings between the back seats (where the belts go) cos nobody will look there
4) Use the Internet room in the lobby to do deals as these don't usually have a CCTV camera; and finally
5) Go a bit mental if you the country asks you to go back as they want to have a little chat with you.
Guilty! End of..
Right back to the news.
Today's headline is "Woman burned storing Petrol". Woah, This was a woman who was pouring petrol into a container in her kitchen. I know your thinking it too...what recipe requires a sauce made of petrol. And to make matters worse...there isn't gonna even be a strike now. Get well soon lady.
Next we have the headline "Bus driver in Loo-turn". Police had to set up a roadblock when a bus was caught heading the wrong way down a one way street because the driver (lady) needed the loo, and was looking for a loo. Lool.
Finally, last night a homeless guy knocked on my door. "Excuse me, do you have any spare food?" "Yeah, do you mind if it's yesterday's dinner?" "Not at all." "Cool, come back tomorrow then."...
And that's your lot. Have a wonderful weekend. I'm off to Barcelona on a conference for 3 days so may not get a chance to blog each day.
Have a great sleep!

18.34 All stations to Uxbridge.
Good evening ladies and gents. Hope your lives are going well and you are all enjoying the sunshine. It's amazing how many happy faces I'm seeing on the tube, though this may be so with the fact that a) they have got a seat and b) it's nearly pay day.
Today's random person is reading "Girl Interrupted" and again it looks like a good one as she is 83% through it.
I was going to get her view on the book but a) I'm not a girl or b)I didn't want to interrupt her...
A lady is busy with a green highlighter pen reviewing a white paper. She has highlighted most of page 4 which either means a)someone has a lot of revisions to make tonight or b)she likes the smell of the pen...
Thanks to one of my faithful blog readers for pointing out to me today the lovely article in the Metro about cockney rhyming slang and the updated 21st century version. I've been using the phrases lush, reem and amazeballs at every opportunity and yes they did get some lools back in return!
Hey good news to share. Just outside Farringdon this evening and there was this man giving away free money. He was even playing the guitar for us all. What a great bloke...
There is a man playing tiger woods on his iPad opposite. It's quite funny as whenever he takes a shot he shifts his head back! Lool.
Today's headline is "Murdoch : Third met chief quits". Woah. This wa the PR chief who had links to a news of the world links.
There are also views from the public about the petrol stocking up saga. Suzy, 29, an accountant from Highbury is annoyed as she only has 40 miles left in her tank and needs to visit her father in hospital. I know that your thinking it too right? Crazy situation right? I mean that's either a) rubbish mpg she is getting or b) have they stopped making hospitals in Highbury??. Yeah I know that she might not actually live with her dad anymore but the joke doesn't work if you think about it too long.
Actually, due to the rising cost of fuel and impending strikes, I've had to quit my part time job as a freelance arsonist.
I see that McDonald's are offering some great prizes in their Monopoly promotion, including a Mini Cooper. Not sure if any their customers will ever fit into it though...
Thought of the day: If God refuses to believe in other gods, does that make him an atheist?
And with that I bid you a)lovely sunshine and b) a great sleep.

Well hello gang. Sorry for the no show yesterday but I didn't get out of work till late and all the people and newspapers had gone and the dog had ate the homework and I'd kinda fell asleep.
Anyhow, hope you missed me a bit and have big smiles and enjoying the lovely weather.
Let's look around...
Game of thrones is being read to my left. He is 91% through the book and I'm not sure if he is totally stimulated by it as he also had his headphones on. Maybe it's a new style of audio book...
Korean man opposite is very interested in the Carphone Warehouse advert and has been on that page for about 2 minutes now.
There are some adverts both in the paper and also posters on the tube about retuning our tv's on 4 and 18 April for Digital. How exciting, though if your Indian household is like our where a portable is MANDATORY in each room then it's time to replace those MatSui's and Albas now. See you all in Costco on the 4th...
Headline today is "Protest camp hits Olympics". Woah, it's our friends from St Paul's again. They said that "it's just the beginning". Damn I thought that the games didn't start till July...
There is also news of petrol rationing in London as panic is spreading as the tanker drivers has said they might strike over Easter. Hmmm. What would Jesus say tanker drivers...think about it.
Other have imposed £30 limits. Man that's rubbish. With the cost of fuell per litre at the moment, that's barely enough to get me back home from the filling station!..
Tip of the day: I like to relax by reloading internet pages. I find it refreshing
Right, let's leave it there! Have a great sleep!

Well hello there. How have we all been this lovely Monday?
So, first Topic. The Voice (UK). What do you reckon? I saw that the viewing figures were better than BGT. I thought the standard of singing was great but I do miss the really rubbish ones who think they are the next superstar.
The bit of them revolving round gets a bit boring after a bit. I know it's all about the voice, rather then the full picture right. In some ways I wonder if Susan Boyle would have made it on this programme where she wouldn't have had to rely on her looks to get through...
BGT was good too, and that German who did the Golden Eagle was hilarious. Especially that bit when Ant or was it Dec (the one with the big shiny head) went out to help him and broke off part of his wing was really funny.
I am at Great Portland Street and still standing. yep on one of the new (rubbish) met lines.
I see Piers Morgan has been in the news recently saying that he is suffering from fatigue. I know how he feels. I'm sick and tired of him...
Today's headline is "British Soldiers killed by afghan'. Err haraam. The gunman was in uniform and was then shot himself.
Cameron has got into some bother about the 76 donations over £250k to his party in return for din dins with himself. But thats ok as the spokesman said these were just thank you dinners, and wouldn't affect policy decision making. Hmmmm.
So yesterday I said to Preeti "I was just reading in a scientific paper that blades of grass can actually feel pain. Amazing isn't it?" To which she replied: "Nice try Kawks, the lawnmower's in the shed."
There is a particular section called 'Young, Shafted and Black'. No it's not what you think (a new cue stick right?), but about black unemployed men. Is it cos I is black? Sadly it seems so...
Looking at the business section and see Game has gone into administration. Woah! Where am I supposed to spend all my saturday afternoons now whilst I'm waiting for Rajvi!
Right, let's call it a day there. Have a great sleep!

Yippee. It's home time, the sun has got his hat on and the forecast for the weekend is looking good. Firstly humble apologies for the no show yesterday which was due to my iPhone crashing every time I opened up my blogger app. I was in tears as I'm sure you were as you were refreshing the blog page on an hourly basis.
Anyway, behaving so far so fingers crossed. The tube is fairly busy (72% full, but I've got the priority seat as I pointed to the pregnant women sitting there and said old man trumps women with bumps. As Russell says.."rules are rules"...
There is a man with a nice chandlo on his forehead. Good to see and I've bowed to him as he looked over.
I saw a clip of that new bbc series starting next week called 'syndicate' about a group of people winning the lottery and how their life changes. It's a drama rather than documentary but looks like something to see.
The women next to me is reading a lee child's book. How many books does this dude churn out! She is on page 432 so obviously still interested in whodunit.
Thought for the day: If you lose one sense, your other senses are enhanced. That's why people with no sense of humour have an increased sense of self-importance...
Let's check out the headlines: "thanks a million for gift to London". Yes it's sports relief day today. Horrah.
Back to the weather and it says here that we are going to get 6 days of hot weather. Get out people and get those suntans. I will be lying in the garden in just my pants.
Finally, I'd like to thank my skeletal system for all the support it's given me over the years.
Have a lovely weekend and a great sleep,

Good evening boys and girls. On my way home and have a big grin on my face as my parents are back from Desh after 2 months of hols. Hope my dad has learnt some new jokes that I can use for the blog. Will update you tomorrow.
There are actually a few smiling faces on the tube today so either that's because we got up to 16c of sunshine today or everyone else's parents arrived on the same flight...
Queen says love thy neighbour in today's headline. Hmm not sure Preeti will approve...
She talked about 'resilience, ingenuity and tolerance' Wowza. I didn't know she was a commuter on the met line!
Thought of the day: If you plug your headphones into the "AUX IN" port of your stereo, people can hear what you think...
Tip of the day: Get a flat stomach in 4 weeks using this weird old tip. Move.
There is an article about londoners spending £300m on going to the movies last year. Bet most of that was on getting a bag of minstrels and medium popcorn...
Jordan has a quickie (55 sec) divorce from her cage fighter husband. Remind me again why this marriage didn't work out?..
You may have seen that a group of bus drivers won £38m on the euro millions . One of them just told his passengers to get off the bus as he heard the news! Today they have told one of the ex members 'hazel' who couldn't afford the £2 a week contribution that she can't have any of the winnings as she stopped paying 6 months ago. Seems fair right. Looks like the 36 year old is gonna be single for a while longer as she resembles her mode of transport...
And with that, let's call it a day. Have a great sleep.

18:44 All stations to Uxbridge
Good Evening. I trust you have had a good productive day. Quite a long one by my standards as I was in the office by 7:30, but all worth it as the morning gig seemed to go well.
63% full on the carriage to I won't tut at the man opposite who has his large bag on the seats and legs that wide apart that he's nearly doing the splits.
It does take some balls to pull that one off I find...
So, hope you all had a good weekend. Parents are back from India tomorrow so Preeti had me doing cleaning and shopping chores all day Saturday. Just wait till I tell mum...somebody gonna get a hurt...
On Sunday, I was enjoying a good sleep when I was rudely woken by a bloody salesman."Sir-" "Look," I said, "I'm not interested, I'm actually trying to sleep." To which he replied "Sir, are you going to buy the bed or not?"...
Ok, this next bit is a bit difficult to confess and I know I've bugged up Netflix but decided to trial lovefilms and it's actually loads better (even though it doesn't work with AppleTV). Watch source code (2011) and Swat 2011 and both were very good. Loads of Bollywood movies and it's a quid cheaper. What's not to like!
Headline today is "how I saw medics in desperate fight for fabrice". It says his heart stopped for 2 hours. Wish him the best for a speedy recovery.
Today's book reader is reading "The brightest star in the sky" by Marian Keyes. The lady reading it is on page 34 and seems to be enjoying it.
Hope all you mums got something lovely for Mothers Day yesterday. As a treat to Preeti, we went to the local south Indian restaurant as nothing is too good for my dear. Obviously helps when masala dhosa's are £3 there...
A couple have just got on and I sense they are middle class as they have wait rose bags. They are sharing some sort of chiabatta. Nice. Let's listen in...
Body language of both learning close to each other and chewing at the same rhythm seems to indicate that they are still in the 1-3 month dating phase. He is in charge of ripping up the bread and passing it to her (caveman instinct). Damn they got off at Northwick park so the experiment must end there...
Apprentice this Wednesday folks. Looking forward to it.
Feeling hungry for bread for some random reason so let's call it a day there. Have a great sleep.
